Apart from being delicious (thanks to the sugar), they were very easy to take without making me nauseous, unlike other similar vitamins I have tried, which bothered me due to my irritable bowel. I saw a huge difference, stronger hair and a rapid reduction in hair loss. As soon as I stopped taking them, after a while my hair started falling out again. Additionally, I have rosacea and they didn't cause any flare-ups at all, unlike what I saw in some other reviews. I will buy them again. The only drawback is that they contain sugar.
