This work constitutes a scientific effort to synthesize five branches of Law: Property Law, Land Registry Law, Forestry Law, Colonization Law, and Environmental Law.

The second edition is fully updated and restructured, as necessitated by the numerous continuous amendments from 2016 until the end of 2022. The intensity and frequency of changes have rendered the field of Land Registry Forestry Law inaccessible, difficult to apply, and hard to interpret.

The systematic presentation and analysis of the changes, through the rich critical perspective of the author and the frequent reference to judicial decisions, both from the Supreme Special Court and the Supreme Court of Cassation as well as other courts in general, make this work an essential tool and necessary guide for the study of all interested lawyers, surveyors, and foresters.

The work is updated until the end of 2022, with developments regarding Law 5003/2022, Law 5006/2022 – specifically Article 14, which establishes the program “Housing Rehabilitation of Fire Victims from the fires of July 23 and 24, 2018 in the area of 'Mati' of Eastern Attica” – and Law 5007/2022, where Articles 102-110 contain provisions for environmental protection and Articles 111-113 set out provisions for the enhancement of agricultural development.

This edition, like the first, is developed in three Parts and is composed of more than thirty (30) paragraphs. The main difference from the first edition is the elimination of footnotes and the effort to consolidate the material into a work that is comprehensible and understandable, which integrates Forestry with the National Land Registry and focuses on contemporary difficult-to-interpret practical issues.
