Two hardcover volumes of the album contain 900 glossy pages and over 1,500 photographs, of which 70% are being published to the public for the first time.

The two-volume album "Carnival Patras - The Historical and Photographic Recording of Patras' Carnival" focuses on 990 strange and amusing Carnival stories from Patras, published by "24 Letters," with the signature of journalist Panagiotis Rigopoulos.

This is a "fulfilling" journey through Greece's premier Carnival, which begins with the birth of the institution, shortly after the city's liberation from the Turks (1828), and concludes in the present day, through historical documentation and hundreds of unpublished photographs.
