In the end, I improvised a fix and now it rolls, but for the money you pay, you expect a higher quality construction without flaws.

We have this specific walker for a few days now and already our little one has found a way to pull it to stand up. It is sturdy, but as long as the baby doesn't have balance yet, it requires attention because it falls backwards. A big advantage is the brake and the slow down function. The toys and lights are wonderful and keep the child occupied for a long time, whether in an upright or sitting position. Assembly requires attention because if something is put in wrong, it doesn't come out again, as stated in the instructions. I believe it is worth its money compared to other ones in the market.
