High-quality plastic fin!!! The store where I bought it recommended it to me and honestly, the fin is amazing. It doesn't tire you, it's super lightweight, and it truly upgraded my fishing. Since it's not possible to go for carbon due to the cost, I highly recommend it!!!

The fins are from C4, which is innovative when it comes to freediving and spearfishing equipment. I have these in medium and they are quite stiff, maybe I would recommend them to someone rather heavy. However, due to their length, I would not recommend them for surface swimming but only for freediving, spearfishing, and deep dives. (My instructor told me they performed well at 30 meters.) I should emphasize that they are plastic and not made of carbon fiber. The 250 foot pocket is excellent, the most innovative at the moment, one of the lightest, and ideal for people with a high instep and wide foot. (Obviously, they are worn with a sock.) The blades are removable and can be replaced with corresponding ones from C4, such as the new ones made of fiberglass or carbon fiber. It is a very good fin for these reasons, but I would not recommend it for swimming spearfishing or generally for horizontal surface swimming

Unfortunately, if you are not careful and do not handle it really very carefully, the sandal comes off from the position where it is placed on the shoe, resulting in it loosening over time and all this in less than 5-6 months!
