If you are looking for something to throw in your bag... forget it. Otherwise, it keeps the hot coffee warm for a little longer, but don't expect miracles with a thin plastic lid. Also, when you drink with the lid on, it is annoying that your nose touches the moist part and you also have to turn your head back to finish the drink. I would not buy it again.
