Best friends Tokio and Azuma do everything together, even though most of the time it seems like Tokio is just following in the footsteps of the more talented Azuma. However, when one night they are attacked by a superhuman mutant called choujin, Tokio finally has the chance to shine by transforming into a choujin himself! Being a super-powered being, however, is not as it seems. Tokio must hide his transformation from his family and avoid a truent charge at school, while at the same time dealing with the increasingly strange situations happening in the city!
