After a year of use, the headband started to fray on the inside, resulting in me getting covered with little black pieces. Also, the construction should have been sturdier; they broke at an unrelated spot. As for the sound, it was quite satisfactory.

Mediocre quality for €75 headphones. The cups are very small and the headphones are generally quite tight, causing me pain after a while of use. I expected something better. Of course, nice strong sound and good bass, but nothing special.

I do not recommend them for studio use (obviously because we are talking about dj headphones) and for someone who does not want a lot of bass in their ears.
Indicatively and regarding their volume, I should mention that from the headphones output of the numark fx platinum, I never need to raise the volume above halfway to hear properly. I’m not even talking about the case when the fiio A3 headphone amplifier is used in between.
I don’t even get close to halfway..

the hd 25 is more open, clearer and very clean!
it doesn’t have the bass of the pioneer, but if you want to hear even the slightest detail correctly, you buy the hd 25 without a second thought.
the Pioneers remain a VMF headphone at the price they usually go for (70-75 euros)
definitely the 25 is more expensive, but the difference between them is huge!
overall the 25 for specific ears, the pioneer.

ενδεικτικα και σχετικα με την ενταση του,να αναφερω οτι απο την εξοδο headphones του numark fx platinum,δεν χρειαζεται σε καμια περιπτωση να ανεβασω την ενταση πανω απο την μεση για να ακουσω σωστα.δεν συζηταω την περιπτωση που μπαινει ενδοιαμεσα ο ενισχυτης ακουστικων fiio A3.
ουτε καν την μεση δεν πλησιαζω..
οτι καλυτερο για dj set και οχι μονο...

δεν εχει το μπασο του pioneer,αλλα εαν θελεις να ακους σωστα και την παραμικρη λεπτομερεια,αγοραζεις hd 25 χωρις δευτερη σκεψη.
τα Pioneer παραμενουν ενα VMF ακουστικο στην τιμη που παιζουν συνηθως(70-75 ευρω)
σαφως πιο ακριβο το 25αρι,αλλα η διαφορα μεταξυ τους ειναι χαωδης!
