I have owned this particular controller for about 3 years. On the positive side, I must say that I have never encountered any connectivity issues with the computer.

However, in terms of durability and build quality, it has disappointed me. During this period, it has developed three faults: two times with the analog sticks and once with the LB button. As a result, the money I have spent on repairs and maintenance now reaches the original purchase price of the controller itself. Overall, I am not at all satisfied with this product.

I have been using it for a few months now for gaming on a desktop PC and on Apple Arcade via Apple TV. Quality construction and sturdy in the hand, with nice feedback and vibrations that enhance the gaming experience. It occasionally has brief disconnections for 1s but I believe this can be fixed with a firmware update. Its price is just fine.

I have had it for 6 years and I have no complaints, perfect performance like the first day.
If I have one small complaint, it's that there is no way to turn off the light on the main button and to avoid being distracted by it at night you have to stick a small sticker on top.

Stay away… It developed drift in less than a year and without frequent use. Buy from another company (e.g. 8bit do) that doesn’t have such issues

Beautiful, good quality, etc., but after 9 months with little use it developed drift. I sent a replacement request to the store and they refused it and told me to send it directly to Microsoft. I sent it to Microsoft, with some difficulties because for example they cooperate with DHL which I don't have near me and I had to go 20 kilometers away, they took it to Belgium, it took about a month to fix it, they didn't replace it but repaired it and now it's almost 2 years and it started drifting again after 65 hours in Crimson Desert. Before that, I hadn't used it much since it was repaired.

The worst controller I have ever bought, the analog stick is not stable at all in the game, the buttons do not give the response that a controller should have, and after 6 months of use it started disconnecting

4 stars because you can't sell a controller with batteries and not include a rechargeable one or at least have it in the package. Such a nice controller was downgraded by what they've been doing for so many years

simple, good, convenient, functional. This year I got a second one for my girlfriend, I had the previous one for a year without any issues.

the drifting started after 2 and a half years, and I can't say I played a lot because of work, for its price and brand I think it lasted very little.

(I had it for the computer) I bought it once and after the first month it started drifting. At the same time, it would turn off by itself while I was playing. I returned it and got a new one, after two months (this one didn't have drift) but after spending 10-15 euros on batteries it kept turning off at random times. The worst quality-to-price purchase overall out of everything I've bought. If you exclude this problem, when it worked properly it was amazing. Very nice feel and all that, but my experience is tragic. So, we're going back to the reliable DualSense and moving on

I've had it for 4-5 years since the Series X came out and it works perfectly without stick drift or anything else!

For me, Xbox Controllers are a constant value. I bought it for wireless connection with PC. Comfortable in the hand and personally I like the asymmetric design of the analog sticks.

It worked just fine with the existing Bluetooth dongle I have. The reason I give it 4 stars is because it's a "battery eater." It won't last long in lengthy gaming sessions, it might not even last 20 hours in total. Better to combine it with a battery kit.

It's too early to judge 100%. For now, it seems ok. At some point, it had a glitch and wouldn't pair with the device, but after a couple of restarts on the controller and the console, it worked. I was on the verge of returning it as defective because I was within the first 15 days after purchase. In the end, I kept it and we'll see.

Trash. In less than a year the sticks drift. What good are ergonomics, nice texture, and battery life, when the two most basic features of the controller fail after minimal use?

I have had it for 6 months and it is very good, and for its weight it is just fine, plus the material is very good, I recommend you get it.

I had some connectivity issues with it. First the battery component gave up, then I started having issues with the cable. I'm not sure if that's on me, or on the controller. When it works it's perfect, though!

Overall, it's 100% worth it as a controller to have either on your computer or on the Xbox Series S/X!!!

Controller warranty... I've had it for 3 years after 400 hours of Elden Ring and quite a bit of beating, it hasn't suffered anything at all! I highly recommend it!!!

Excellent controller. I hope in the next generation console they don't do anything weird over there at Microsoft that sounds and changes it dramatically.

It seems well built and has enough weight, for connection to a computer with a simple usb 5.0 it connects immediately, for now I am very satisfied

The controller is extremely comfortable to hold, it has great durability and the triggers are so satisfying to press. The color is amazing, it looks premium and even the box that came in looks premium. It came with high quality batteries that I haven't changed for a really long time (I use it on pc and don't have any compatibility issues) and overall I'm extremely satisfied and I recommend this to anyone that has 60€ budget for a controller .

The best choice for PC. Note, it does not come with a Bluetooth adapter, it works with any commercial one (preferably branded).

After a few years of buying whatever cheap controller I could find, I decided to make my purchase with this controller! Okay, it's on a whole different level, very good quality. I'm not an expert to say more because I use it for some FIFA, Tekken, or Mortal Kombat! Very satisfied!

I bought it solely because with the DualSense (PS5) for some games (Microsoft's quirks anyway) I had to install another program on Windows to recognize the input... anyway, I don't give it 2 stars because I was impressed by how the ergonomics have deteriorated compared to the older classic Xbox (this one is very narrow and generally smaller in everything) but because it costs almost 60 euros AND DOES NOT HAVE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES NOR A CABLE!! You have to shell out an additional 20 euros to get them separately...

I bought it for the PC and I am very satisfied, even though I was used to the PlayStation controllers and had never tried it, I learned it very quickly and I probably prefer it now, it is heavier in the hand but has a more ergonomic and natural grip.

It connects very easily to the PC, and works in all the games I have tried, perhaps its biggest advantage.

For batteries, it definitely needs rechargeable ones, which depending on the capacity and what games you play, last roughly 20-30 hours.

Another downside is that the battery percentage in the Windows indicator is a bit random, and the controller just shuts off suddenly when the batteries run out, there is no indication either on this or on the screen like there is on the PlayStation

The controller stopped working wirelessly within the first 6 months. It hadn't been mishandled, dropped, or hit at all, and I found it quite strange. However, since I had a type-C cable, I could use it normally for about another year (note, if I remember correctly, no cable was included in the packaging). However, during this time, the controller would disconnect at random times for no specific reason. I thought it was the cable or the port, so I initially changed the cable to test it. In the end, no matter what cable I used, it only made things worse.
Aside from that, the controller is reliable for as long as it stays functional without disconnecting. However, if we factor in the price (currently 62.90 euros), I wouldn't recommend it. There are other options besides Xbox controllers (for example, DualShock for PS3 and PS4) that are available at lower prices and often do not present issues easily, for instance.
