What it gives you and comment where needed:
1) It gives you the ability for multiplayer. Sony requires you to have a PS Plus connection to play the multiplayer part of games (something similar exists for Xbox, but not for PC).
2) It gives you 2 games per month. The games it gives are almost always games that have been released in the best 6 months up to 3 years ago. Which in most cases means that if you were interested in the game, you would have bought it at a discount for 5-15 euros.
3) It gives you online backup storage for your saved games (100GB). This also gives you the ability, if you want, to easily play your game on another PS4 in another house.
4) Some extra discounts in the PS store for PS Plus subscribers.
If you want to play online, it is the only way, it doesn't make sense to discuss whether it is worth it or not.
For the case that you don't play online, at the regular price of 60 euros, it is only worth it if you don't buy any games at all, not even during discounts, and you wait for PS Plus to give you games to play.
I have had PS Plus since the time it gave games for PS Vita, PS3, and PS4, I had all three systems and I didn't get any games for PS Vita (except for exceptions) and PS3. The only reason I have kept it is because if I stop it, I lose access to all the games I have collected over the years + the online storage for Saved games

1) Σου δίνει δυνατότητα για multiplayer. Η Sony σε υποχρεώνει για να παίζεις το multiplayer κομμάτι των παιχνιδιών να έχεις PS Plus σύνδεση (κάτι αντίστοιχο υπάρχει και από το Xbox, αλλά όχι στα PC)
2) Σου δίνει 2 games το μήνα. Τα παιχνίδια που δίνει είναι σχεδόν πάντα games που έχουν βγει στην καλύτερη 6 μήνες πριν μέχρι 3 χρόνια πριν. Το οποίο στις περισσότερες περιπτώσεις σημαίνει ότι αν σε ενδιέφερε το game θα το είχες αγοράσει σε κάποια έκπτωση στα 5-15 ευρώ

Αν θες να παίζεις online είναι μονόδρομος, δεν έχει νόημα η συζήτηση για το αν αξίζει ή όχι.
Για την περίπτωση που δεν παίζεις online, στα 60 ευρώ που είναι η κανονική του τιμή, αξίζει μόνο αν δεν αγοράζεις καθόλου games, ούτε στις εκπτώσεις και περιμένεις ότι σου δώσει το PS Plus να παίξεις.
Εγώ το έχω το PS Plus από την εποχή που έδινε games και για PSVita και PS3 και PS4, είχα και τα τρία συστήματα και δεν έπαιρνα καθόλου games για PSVita (εκτός εξαιρέσεων) και PS3. Ο μόνος λόγος που το έχω κρατήσει είναι επειδή αν το σταματήσω χάνω την πρόσβαση σε όλα αυτά τα games που έχω μαζέψει τόσα χρόνια + το online storage για τα Saved games
