We also get a big lesson... That flowers and nature in general are for everyone and don’t belong to anyone in particular. We must treat them with love and respect, so that we can all enjoy the natural beauties of our planet together.
I couldn’t leave out the issue of overprotection that we see in many parents... Overprotection doesn’t help children. It doesn’t let them breathe and develop, just like the flower. Surely no one wants withered flowers or children! Fortunately, the Squirrel realized this in time and gave his flower space to bloom and grow as it wanted.
The size of this book is also large and it has a thick cover, so little hands can flip through it on their own.
On the cover we again see the Squirrel and the Bird in the familiar clearing in the middle of the forest, in Spring, and in the center there is a beautiful yellow daisy.

Επειδή το Φθινόπωρο έχασε τα φύλλα από το δέντρο του, τώρα που είναι Άνοιξη, δεν θέλει να χάσει και το λουλούδι του!
Ακόμα ένα πανέξυπνο παιδικό βιβλίο γεμάτο έντονα χρωματιστά σκίτσα και χιουμοριστικούς διαλόγους! Κάθε σελίδα του είναι και μία ευχάριστη έκπληξη που αιχμαλωτίζει μικρά και μεγάλα μάτια...

Ακόμα ένα πανέξυπνο παιδικό βιβλίο γεμάτο έντονα χρωματιστά σκίτσα και χιουμοριστικούς διαλόγους! Κάθε σελίδα του είναι και μία ευχάριστη έκπληξη που αιχμαλωτίζει μικρά και μεγάλα μάτια...
Είναι μια καλή ευκαιρία για να μιλήσω στα παιδάκια μου για την Άνοιξη και τα χαρακτηριστικά της... Τα όμορφα λουλούδια, τα χελιδόνια, τις δροσερές βροχούλες και τον ήλιο. Επίσης, να μάθουμε τα ονόματα των λουλουδιών, αλλά και τρόπους για να τα φροντίζουμε.
Τα λουλούδια είναι ζωντανοί οργανισμοί κι έχουν ανάγκη από νερό, αέρα και ήλιο για να μεγαλώσουν και να ανθίσουν. Δίνουν τροφή σε κάποια έντομα, αλλά κυρίως νιώθουμε ηρεμία και χαρά κάθε φορά που τα βλέπουμε.
Παίρνουμε επίσης ένα μεγάλο μάθημα... Ότι τα λουλούδια και η φύση γενικότερα, είναι για όλους και δεν ανήκουν σε κανέναν συγκεκριμένα. Πρέπει να τους φερόμαστε με αγάπη και σεβασμό, για να χαιρόμαστε όλοι μαζί τις φυσικές ομορφιές του πλανήτη μας.
Δεν θα μπορούσα να παραλείψω το θέμα της υπερπροστασίας που βλέπουμε σε πολλούς γονιούς... Η υπερπροστασία δεν βοηθάει τα παιδιά. Δεν τα αφήνει να αναπνεύσουν και να αναπτυχθούν, ακριβώς όπως το λουλούδι. Σίγουρα κανένας δεν θέλει μαραμένα λουλούδια και παιδιά! Ευτυχώς, ο Σκίουρος το κατάλαβε έγκαιρα κι έδωσε χώρο στο λουλούδι του να ανθίσει και να μεγαλώσει όπως θέλει.
Το μέγεθος και αυτού του βιβλίου είναι μεγάλο κι έχει χοντρό εξώφυλλο, κι έτσι τα μικρά χεράκια μπορούν να το ξεφυλλίζουν μόνα τους.
Στο εξώφυλλο βλέπουμε πάλι τον Σκίουρο και το Πουλί στο γνωστό μας ξέφωτο στη μέση του δάσους, την Άνοιξη και στο κέντρο υπάρχει μία όμορφη κίτρινη μαργαρίτα.
Το τέλος του δεν είναι τόσο ανατρεπτικό όσο στον Κλέφτη των Φύλλων, αλλά παραμένει χιουμοριστικό κι ευχάριστο.
Και αυτό είναι ένα από τα βιβλία που διαβάζουμε συχνά, αν και το αγαπημένο μας είναι ο Κλέφτης των Φύλλων.
Ανυπομονώ να διαβάσω τα επόμενα βιβλία της ίδιας σειράς, "Ο Κλέφτης του Χιονιού" και "Ο Κλέφτης του Ήλιου"! Σίγουρα είναι εξίσου καταπληκτικά!
