    It is the pine honey with the qualities I knew and had loved. Thick, clear, with a sweetness that is not overwhelming and a subtle pine aroma. Very good compared to the cooperative from Chalkidiki (which, based on my latest purchase, seems to be trying to regain its lost clientele) and with pine honey from Thasos, which you would rather call flower honey.

    I expected it to be much better. I was disappointed by its fluidity as I found it watery and lacking in flavor. Also, I'm not entirely sure if it is entirely Greek because it says it is produced in the southeastern Mediterranean and of course in Greece. For me, this means that it is a blend. All of the above does not justify its price for me.
