They do their job as they should. If they get dusty, they wash and dry very easily. Tested on a construction site with hammers, cutters, and the like.

They have ALMOST no difference from regular silicone ones, good fit, they are small in size which does not bother me.
They have a small string to connect them.

If you want to cut the high frequencies, it's quite OK. In the mid frequencies, it is less effective. It does not prevent you from hearing what others are saying to you and that is a positive.
