The tree loses the graceful stature that humans, animals, and birds admire. After some time, the wound is about to heal, and the plane tree seems to regain its splendid beauty. However, it decides to sacrifice it to fulfill the dream of the stone that wounded it and which has since become their friend. Animals and birds insist that it will not succeed and will unjustly sacrifice its enviable trunk. It turns out they were wrong, because with faith and patience, the tree achieved something it deeply desired.
