The North Face Vectiv Exploris 2 Mid hiking boots feature the waterproof and breathable FUTURELIGHT membrane for hiking. VECTIV 2.0 technology combines a rocker midsole geometry, a forked heel and forefoot, and a TPU plate to promote forward propulsion and stability. The underfoot platform is wider, while reinforcements at the toe and heel provide protection on rocky trails.
The midsole is made of EVA foam and has a stack height increased by 2 mm compared to the previous version. The SurfaceCTRL rubber outsole features 4 mm lugs for traction on uneven terrain.
