The Cream can be used in multiple ways as a simple cream or with the addition of milk.

The whole grain cereals used in Holle's creams are in an easily digestible form, which is particularly suitable for babies. The nutritional elements of the cereal grains are gently unlocked through heat and moisture. Using whole grain cereals means that we retain most of the nutrients for the healthy development of your baby.

Important information:

• Start feeding with cereals after 4-6 months, depending on the development and individual needs of your baby.
• Do not give to babies under 4 months as a substitute for breast milk.
• We recommend starting with one cereal at a time and not a combination of them.
• It is good to start with rice cream or millet cream before proceeding with the other cereal creams from Holle.

Holle offers 4 gluten-free cereal creams: rice cream, millet cream, 3-grain cream, and millet cream with apple & pear. Also wheat-free are the Dinkel semolina, and oat creams. The semolina cream and muesli cream contain wheat.
