The Risoli Granito deep pot is made of 6 mm thick cast aluminium and features a non-stick Granite coating reinforced with mineral particles. It is suitable for cooking on an induction hob and for use in the oven, while the glass lid lets you keep an eye on your food as it cooks.

The coating is free from PFOA and nickel. Before first use, wash the pot with warm water, liquid soap and a soft sponge, dry it thoroughly, and coat it with butter or oil. Cook over low or medium heat; do not heat the pot when empty or leave it on the heat after the liquids have evaporated. Allow it to cool after use.
