I bought this particular machine on the 8th of 2019 for my father, in the last days at the hospital. Since then, I have been shaving twice a week until now. It is the best of the 4 that I have (2 old Norelco, Philips that is, from the '90s and one more Chinese one for 12 euros with good popularity from Banggood, seemingly better with a lithium battery). Its shaving is a pleasure! The only downside is that it has a Nickel Cadmium battery and one of the two batteries has been dead for a year. Other than that, it's super!

For 15€ that I bought it and for my first shaving machine it's great, it also washes, it just slightly to moderately irritates, low on the neck!
