    I use it almost exclusively on a Linux desktop at 800 DPI, with minimal gaming use. Excellent response even during fast movements, it never "loses" tracking, and the buttons feel good except for the middle (wheel) which I would prefer to be less stiff when pressed. The wheel was initially stiff to rotate as well, but it softened considerably after the first month. Good weight and comfortable in the hand. The DPI is selected via a button on its "back," and the selection is retained (as well as the color scheme) after rebooting or disconnecting it.
