First of all, let me say that I bought the Thermalright HR 10. Which ultimately did not fit in my computer due to its large size, because the nvme slot was too close to the water cooling pump (Arctic Liquid Freezer III). So I resorted to this particular solution.

Aesthetically, it is very nice and resembles a miniature replica of the historic GTX 480 graphics card.
It has an active little fan.
Its cable is nicely wrapped with plastic insulation.
It is low profile and compatible with the Arctic Liquid Freezer III, as it fits comfortably under the pump.
The box also includes 3 thermal pads, 2 thick blue ones and a thinner brown one, a screwdriver, and screws for installation. There is also a black 2-way splitter cable for fans.
It is plug and play as it does not require any software to operate, just a 4pin fan header.
It provides satisfactory cooling to the demanding 5th generation nvme Samsung Evo 9100. (peak close to 62 degrees).
Finally, the only thing that made a negative impression on me is that the splitter cable included in the package provides one 4pin and one 3pin output for fans.

The heatsink appears to be of very good quality.
Its materials are copper and aluminum.
It comes with blue thermal pads; I don't know if there's a difference from the gray ones that the stock SSD heatsink had, apart from the color.
For the fan to work, it needs 4-pin and 12V. On the Intel NUC 13 Pro that I have, there is no such connector. So if someone intends to put it in a barebone PC, it probably won't fit; they should open it first and check.
Attention: there is a film on the copper, which is not easily visible and I almost didn't remove it (see photos).

I got it because the M2 was "boiling" under heavy use, despite the heatsink of m/g Gigabyte. It contains 2 blue strips (thermal conductive with 2 protective stickers on them), and a thinner orange strip (with a sticker only on one side). The instructions mention a thick and a thin one. I put in the 2 blue ones, but it just wouldn't fit at all. With one blue and the orange, it required HUGE pressure for the screws to "find" the holes, and I managed to screw in only one side correctly (2 screws). The other 2 barely screwed in crookedly. Nevertheless, it does the job. The temperature is quite decent, with the fans at maximum (I don't know how to measure the temperature of the M2 with any program, it's not available in the BIOS). It remains to be seen when the mini fan will "give out." I don't think I'll find it anywhere; it will all go to waste when it breaks down.
