The product is made of good quality materials but I have a problem with the base of my luggage rack. While it is a givi monokey, the rubber bands easily come out of their position. I believe that it is because it is a universal base for this reason I cannot give it more than 5 stars. If there was an option, I would give it 4.5 stars
