The first kitchen machine I own and I have to say this... It's not worth it at all! A lot of fuss for nothing and I wish I knew before spending so much money to buy it... I was completely disappointed! For something so expensive, I expected much more! It's better with stiff doughs, but with creams and soft doughs, I have to work the mixture by hand because it leaves it unworked at the bottom, resulting in it "hardening" and making it difficult to detach later, ruining the texture of the whole mixture...! For me, get a couple of mixing bowls in the size that suits you and a good hand mixer and do your work... Much better and much more economical. That's what I intend to do, and the kitchen machine will only come out for special occasions.

Οπότε ναι μεν δεν ταλαιπωρείσαι να ζυμώνεις με τα χέρια, αλλά δεν γλιτώνεις και χρόνο ουσιαστικά γιατί πρέπει να είσαι εκεί. Πάντως οι ζύμες βγαίνουν μια χαρά!

Συνεχεια με ζυμη ψωμιου,οι αρχικοί εντύπωση επιβεβαιωνεται, στην δευτερη ταχυτητα ο θορυβο ανελπιστα χαμηλος. Ποσοτητα ζυμης 1600 γραμμαρια. Οι κραδασμοι και οι κινησεις του σε φυσιολογικα πλαισια.

First time buying a kitchen machine so I don't have a comparison measure with any other. I went all in the first time with the dough for tsoureki. Well....... it handled 1 kilo of dough BUTTT if I didn't hold it, it would have fallen from the counter. It was shaking like crazy! Help me, Holy Mary! So, I understood that for doughs, either I have to cut off my hands to hold it or tie it up. However, the bowl is worth every penny! Huge! In terms of noise, it's okay, it handles it well, but I was disappointed with the quality of construction, too much plastic, but what can you expect with a 100€ purchase. If I could turn back time, I would save money and buy a Kenwood or Kitchen Aid. You buy once for your whole life
Πρώτη φορά αγοράζω κουζινομηχανη οπότε δεν έχω μέτρο σύγκρισης με κάποια άλλη.
Την έριξα στα βαθιά με την πρώτη φορά με το ζύμωμα τσουρεκιων. Λοιπόν....... το έβγαλε πέρα το 1 κιλό ζυμάρι ΟΜΩΣΣΣΣ αν δεν την κρατούσα θα χε πέσει στο πάτωμα από τον πάγκο. Κουνιόταν Παναγία βοηθα! Άρα κατάλαβα πως σε ζύμες ή πρέπει να μου κόβονται τα χέρια να την κρατάω ή να την δέσω. Ο κάδος όμως είναι όλα τα λεφτά! Τεράστιος! Από θόρυβο οκ καλά τα πάει, από ποιοτητα κατασκευής απογοητευτηκα, πολύ πλαστικουρα, όμως τι να περιμένεις με 100€ αγορά. Αν θα γύριζα το χρόνο πίσω, θα μάζευα χρήματα και θα αγόραζα Kenwood ή kitchen aid. Μια φορά αγοράζεις για όλη σου τη ζωή
There were no comments for this particular model, so I took the risk and bought it "blindly".
So, it is powerful and relatively quiet. Large bowl, standard attachments, the whisk surprised me with its sturdiness.
Careful packaging.
We tried it with heavy dough and it did a good job.
Even better with sponge cake!
It is definitely worth its money, much more than anything else the market suggests at its price.
What you need to know is:
- The small window on the bowl lid for adding ingredients does not close. This does not cause a problem while operating, but when the bowl is "sitting" it collects dust. So, it needs a hack with transparent film.
- When the machine is plugged in, the speed change indicator blinks. I used to always keep my previous one plugged in, but now I have to unplug it. And that is inconvenient in my case.
I will return in a few months for more.

After two months of daily use - all good.
The suction cups underneath hold firmly and the only case they might come off is if hard dough is combined with excessive speed.
When you have a small amount of dough, you might need to help with a spatula. This is because the bowl is very large.

After one year of frequent use - all good. Even though I put more dough than recommended in the instructions. (I put 3.5 kg of dough for bread) The attachments did not lose their original color, as I thought they would.

Δεν υπήρχε κανένα σχόλιο για το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο, οπότε πήρα το ρίσκο να το αγοράσω "στα τυφλά".
Λοιπόν, είναι δυνατό και σχετικά αθόρυβο. Μεγάλος κάδος, κανονικά εξαρτήματα, ο αυγοδάρτης με εξέπληξε με την στιβαρότητα του.
Προσεγμένη συσκευασία.
Το δοκιμάσαμε σε βαριά ζύμη και έκανε καλή δουλειά.
Στο παντεσπάνι ακόμα καλύτερα!
Σίγουρα αξίζει τα λεφτά του πολύ παραπάνω από ότι άλλο προτείνει η αγορά στην τιμή του.
Αυτό που πρέπει να ξέρετε είναι:
- το παραθυράκι στο καπάκι του κάδου για πρόσθεση υλικών δεν κλείνει. Αυτό δεν δημιουργεί πρόβλημα την ώρα της λειτουργίας, αλλά όταν "κάθεται" ο κάδος μαζεύει σκόνη. Οπότε θέλει πατέντα από διάφανη μεμβράνη.
- Όταν το μηχάνημα είναι στην πρίζα, αναβοσβήνει το σημείο αλλαγής ταχυτήτων. Το προηγούμενο το είχα πάντα στην πρίζα, ενώ τώρα αναγκαστικά το βγάζω. Και δεν βολεύει στην δική μου περίπτωση.
Θα επανέλθω σε μερικούς μήνες για περισσότερα.
UPD:
Μετά από δύο μήνες καθημερινής χρήσης - όλα καλά.
Οι βεντούζες από κάτω κρατάνε γερά και η μόνη περίπτωση να ξεκολλήσουν είναι αν συνδυαστεί η σκληρή ζύμη με την υπερβολική ταχύτητα.
Όταν έχεις λίγη ζύμη, μπορεί να χρειαστεί βοήθεια με μια σπάτουλα. Αυτό, επειδή ο κάδος είναι πολύ μεγάλος.
UPD:
Μετά από έναν χρόνο συχνής χρήσης - όλα καλά. Παρόλο που βάζω μεγαλύτερη ποσότητα ζύμης από την συνιστώμενη στις οδηγίες. (βάζω 3.5 κιλά ζύμης για ψωμί) Τα εξαρτήματα δεν έχασαν το αρχικό τους χρώμα, όπως πίστευα ότι θα γίνει.

Μετά από ΔΥΟ χρόνια συχνής χρήσης - όλα καλά. Την χρησιμοποιούμε το λιγότερο 4 φορές την εβδομάδα για όλον τον ειδών ζύμες, αυγά, σαντιγί.

Οι αγορα εγινε 2/10/24, 119 ευρω ειναι τιμη προσφορας!! Πρώτη εντύπωση, ο θορυβος φυσιολογικος συγκρινοντας το με αλλα ακριβοτερα,σε ζύμη κεικ. ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ το φτερο και γαντζος ειναι επινικελωμενο αλουμινιο, δεν ειναι ανοξειδωτο, γι αυτο μακρια απο πλυντηριο πιατων!! Περισσοτερες εντυπωσεις στο μελλον.. 8/11/24. Συνεχεια με ζυμη ψωμιου,οι αρχικοί εντύπωση επιβεβαιωνεται, στην δευτερη ταχυτητα ο θορυβο ανελπιστα χαμηλος. Ποσοτητα ζυμης 1600 γραμμαρια. Οι κραδασμοι και οι κινησεις του σε φυσιολογικα πλαισια.
The only downside is that in hard doughs (such as tsoureki, etc.), it shakes like crazy and if you don't hold it, it will definitely fall off the counter. Otherwise, very powerful motor and large bowl!!!!!
Μοναδικό μείον ότι σε σκληρές ζύμες (τσουρέκια κλπ) κουνιέται σαν δαιμονισμένη και αν δε την κρατάς σίγουρα θα πέσει από τον πάγκο. Κατά τ'αλλα πολύ δυνατό μοτέρ και μεγάλος κάδος!!!!!
First time buying a kitchen machine so I don't have a comparison measure with any other. I went all in the first time with the dough for tsoureki. Well....... it handled 1 kilo of dough BUTTT if I didn't hold it, it would have fallen from the counter. It was shaking like crazy! Help me, Holy Mary! So, I understood that for doughs, either I have to cut off my hands to hold it or tie it up. However, the bowl is worth every penny! Huge! In terms of noise, it's okay, it handles it well, but I was disappointed with the quality of construction, too much plastic, but what can you expect with a 100€ purchase. If I could turn back time, I would save money and buy a Kenwood or Kitchen Aid. You buy once for your whole life
Πρώτη φορά αγοράζω κουζινομηχανη οπότε δεν έχω μέτρο σύγκρισης με κάποια άλλη.
Την έριξα στα βαθιά με την πρώτη φορά με το ζύμωμα τσουρεκιων. Λοιπόν....... το έβγαλε πέρα το 1 κιλό ζυμάρι ΟΜΩΣΣΣΣ αν δεν την κρατούσα θα χε πέσει στο πάτωμα από τον πάγκο. Κουνιόταν Παναγία βοηθα! Άρα κατάλαβα πως σε ζύμες ή πρέπει να μου κόβονται τα χέρια να την κρατάω ή να την δέσω. Ο κάδος όμως είναι όλα τα λεφτά! Τεράστιος! Από θόρυβο οκ καλά τα πάει, από ποιοτητα κατασκευής απογοητευτηκα, πολύ πλαστικουρα, όμως τι να περιμένεις με 100€ αγορά. Αν θα γύριζα το χρόνο πίσω, θα μάζευα χρήματα και θα αγόραζα Kenwood ή kitchen aid. Μια φορά αγοράζεις για όλη σου τη ζωή
There were no comments for this particular model, so I took the risk and bought it "blindly".
So, it is powerful and relatively quiet. Large bowl, standard attachments, the whisk surprised me with its sturdiness.
Careful packaging.
We tried it with heavy dough and it did a good job.
Even better with sponge cake!
It is definitely worth its money, much more than anything else the market suggests at its price.
What you need to know is:
- The small window on the bowl lid for adding ingredients does not close. This does not cause a problem while operating, but when the bowl is "sitting" it collects dust. So, it needs a hack with transparent film.
- When the machine is plugged in, the speed change indicator blinks. I used to always keep my previous one plugged in, but now I have to unplug it. And that is inconvenient in my case.
I will return in a few months for more.
UPD:
After two months of daily use - all good.
The suction cups underneath hold firmly and the only case they might come off is if hard dough is combined with excessive speed.
When you have a small amount of dough, you might need to help with a spatula. This is because the bowl is very large.

After one year of frequent use - all good. Even though I put more dough than recommended in the instructions. (I put 3.5 kg of dough for bread) The attachments did not lose their original color, as I thought they would.

After TWO years of frequent use - all good. We use it at least 4 times a week for all kinds of doughs, eggs, whipped cream.
Δεν υπήρχε κανένα σχόλιο για το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο, οπότε πήρα το ρίσκο να το αγοράσω "στα τυφλά".
Λοιπόν, είναι δυνατό και σχετικά αθόρυβο. Μεγάλος κάδος, κανονικά εξαρτήματα, ο αυγοδάρτης με εξέπληξε με την στιβαρότητα του.
Προσεγμένη συσκευασία.
Το δοκιμάσαμε σε βαριά ζύμη και έκανε καλή δουλειά.
Στο παντεσπάνι ακόμα καλύτερα!
Σίγουρα αξίζει τα λεφτά του πολύ παραπάνω από ότι άλλο προτείνει η αγορά στην τιμή του.
Αυτό που πρέπει να ξέρετε είναι:
- το παραθυράκι στο καπάκι του κάδου για πρόσθεση υλικών δεν κλείνει. Αυτό δεν δημιουργεί πρόβλημα την ώρα της λειτουργίας, αλλά όταν "κάθεται" ο κάδος μαζεύει σκόνη. Οπότε θέλει πατέντα από διάφανη μεμβράνη.
- Όταν το μηχάνημα είναι στην πρίζα, αναβοσβήνει το σημείο αλλαγής ταχυτήτων. Το προηγούμενο το είχα πάντα στην πρίζα, ενώ τώρα αναγκαστικά το βγάζω. Και δεν βολεύει στην δική μου περίπτωση.
Θα επανέλθω σε μερικούς μήνες για περισσότερα.
UPD:
Μετά από δύο μήνες καθημερινής χρήσης - όλα καλά.
Οι βεντούζες από κάτω κρατάνε γερά και η μόνη περίπτωση να ξεκολλήσουν είναι αν συνδυαστεί η σκληρή ζύμη με την υπερβολική ταχύτητα.
Όταν έχεις λίγη ζύμη, μπορεί να χρειαστεί βοήθεια με μια σπάτουλα. Αυτό, επειδή ο κάδος είναι πολύ μεγάλος.
UPD:
Μετά από έναν χρόνο συχνής χρήσης - όλα καλά. Παρόλο που βάζω μεγαλύτερη ποσότητα ζύμης από την συνιστώμενη στις οδηγίες. (βάζω 3.5 κιλά ζύμης για ψωμί) Τα εξαρτήματα δεν έχασαν το αρχικό τους χρώμα, όπως πίστευα ότι θα γίνει.

Μετά από ΔΥΟ χρόνια συχνής χρήσης - όλα καλά. Την χρησιμοποιούμε το λιγότερο 4 φορές την εβδομάδα για όλον τον ειδών ζύμες, αυγά, σαντιγί.
Very good for its price. The bowl is quite large and can hold large quantities and tough doughs. Even at high speeds, it remains stable as it suctions to the counter. The only thing I didn't like is that the machine is made of thin plastic and I feel that it is quite sensitive and might break over time. The material does not seem sturdy. However, it mixes perfectly even at very high speeds.
Πολύ καλή για τα λεφτά της. Ο κάδος είναι αρκετά μεγάλος και χωράει μεγάλες ποσότητες και σκληρές ζύμες. Ακόμα και σε υψηλές ταχύτητες παραμένει σταθερή καθώς βεντουζάρει στον πάγκο. Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε ειναι το οτι η μηχανή ειναι φτιαγμένη απο λεπτό πλαστικό και νιώθω οτι ειναι αρκετά ευαίσθητη στο να σπάσει με την πάροδο του χρόνου. Δεν φαίνεται στιβαρό υλικό. Ανακατεύει όμως άψογα και σε πολυ δυνατές ταχύτητες.

Δείχνει πολύ στιβαρή και ανακατεύει πολύ καλά και δεν σηκώνει σκόνη όταν ρίχνεις αλευρα.Δυστυχως δεν μπόρω να σας πω για σκληρές ζύμες γιατί δεν ενδιαφέρομαι να κάνω .
I haven't used it many times but it does its job, if you want to make relatively small quantities e.g. a tray of tiramisu this size is not worth it, but for 2-3 kilos of Easter cookies it is ideal
δεν το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει πολλές φορές αλλά τη δουλειά του την κάνει, αν θέλετε να κάνετε μικρές σχετικά ποσότητες πχ ένα ταψί τραμισού δεν αξίζει αυτό το μέγεθος, αλλά για 2-3 κιλά κουλούρια του Πάσχα είναι ιδανικό
