    The Continental Grand Prix 5000 S TR is an improved version of the popular tubeless racing bike tire (TR). It features the well-known Lazer Grip profile structure with a newly developed construction. Unlike the previous version, the 5000 S TR has only 2 layers of fabric under the tread, providing better ground adaptation and a 20% reduction in rolling resistance.

    Thanks to the Vectran Breaker protective layer and the Black Chili tread compound, the reduced number of layers does not affect puncture protection. The sidewalls remain 3 layers and offer 28% better puncture protection.
