The theme of the project covers in the first part trade union freedoms, trade union organizations, workers and employers (establishment, operation, dissolution), the protection of trade union action and trade union officials.
The second part is dedicated to the central problem of collective autonomy and its constant conflict with legislative interventions, its means of implementation with CBA, collective guilt agreements and labor regulations. The whole theme is completed with reference to collective disputes or conflicts of interest, with the peculiarities contained in their judicial resolution, the ways of peaceful resolution through collective means (reconciliation, mediation, arbitration) and closes with the provisions for their dynamic resolution, where the right to strike has a leading role.
