The Sikaswell A profiles from Sika, 10 meters in length, are used for sealing and waterproofing cement joints and connecting them with other materials such as pipes or cables. Made from red acrylic, they are water-absorbent and hydrogrooving rectangular shapes measuring 10x10mm. They expand to twice their size within 3 days and more than three times in 22 days by absorbing pure water. In saltwater, they expand to more than double their size.

For better application, it is recommended to use them with Sikaswell S-2 sealants. They are particularly easy to use, requiring no heat welding or curing time, and can be applied on a wide range of substrates. They have a long shelf life, are resistant to water and chemicals, and can be adapted to various detailed shapes and configurations. Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from 0-50°C.
