This year too, I am taking these specific vitamins...
As I have written before, they have helped me a lot....Personally, no matter what time I take it, it has never bothered me anywhere, neither in my stomach nor anywhere else... Nor does the smell of the capsule bother me as some others mention... It's a multivitamin, so it's logical for it to have a smell... Personally, I wouldn't change it... I have tried many and highly advertised ones but I didn't see any difference... At least this one works for me and does what it says.
I have included this specific one in my life for a year now....I take it continuously for two months and then stop for about a month... Last year, I went through the winter without any viruses, without anything....I forgot about fatigue and generally, I was in very good condition... It has never bothered me, neither in my stomach nor anywhere else....I have tried many vitamins... This was the only one that works....I happened to meet in person the person responsible for its production and he really told me amazing things....You might say he is promoting the product....Okay....I was just sharing my impressions in a conversation with friends without knowing that the gentleman was the producer....In short... it works.... As long as you take it systematically.....Personally, I wouldn't change it...
