Once again, Xiaomi did not disappoint me. I come from a Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro, so the difference is huge. I was a bit hesitant at first since there were no reviews here for me to have any positives and negatives before buying it. Nevertheless, I bought it and so far I have not regretted it. I received the phone on 27/3, so I cannot have a full opinion. However, I will mention some things that I liked.
1) Speakers & Dolby Atmos:
The Dolby feature is a very nice detail. It gives you the ability to activate it and choose the level while you are in the video, game, or movie. The phone has two speakers that play simultaneously. One next to the charging port and one next to the audio jack. The sound is very powerful.
2) 67W charging:
It charges quite fast and I did not expect it. I had in mind that it would charge like all other phones with 67W. I do not know what Xiaomi has done here, but it works wonders on this issue.
3) Battery:
Quite satisfactory. I worked on the phone for about 4 hours installing applications and software updates. The battery dropped significantly but not excessively. Let's assume that it dropped from 66% to 45%. So I am fully satisfied with this part.
4) Camera:
I do not have a big opinion on this issue because I do not deal with it much. Nevertheless, it is satisfactory for an average user.
5) Processor:
It is the reason why I bought the phone. Like the Redmi Note 8 Pro, this one also has a MediaTek processor. At first, I was afraid since I heard many other things, but since I bought the 8 Pro, I started to trust them. As for the MediaTek that this phone has, I cannot have an opinion since I have not used it enough. So I keep a reserve.
6) Construction:
Very sturdy. It is not one of the lightest phones, but it sits quite well in the hand. The cameras protrude significantly, but the problem is solved with the case that Xiaomi provides.
7) Call:
My interlocutor heard me very clearly without any interruption or parasites, as I heard him. The speaker is quite loud, resulting in the interlocutor being heard very well by those around you.
For now, that's all I have to say. I will come back as soon as I have news. For starters, the phone covers me 100% for the use I make of it. However, it will show over time.

Although this one has more storage space, a better processor, and is generally superior technologically, I notice that it lags and the camera as well as the applications lag, even with very light usage, while they are always updated with the latest upgrades. I have had to restart it countless times and we are talking about a brand new phone. If it does this now, what will happen over time? The battery charges very quickly, but its durability is not that great. For the same price, I might have preferred to get a different model.

I must say that with the use of a screen protector, the screen broke with the first drop to the point where it needs replacement. The mobile phone is fast, it takes good photos (since it has a Sony sensor), especially in low light conditions, dusk or dawn, they are better compared to its competitors. I would like its speaker to be a little louder when listening through headphones (wired or Bluetooth) because it loses its power, but this is not a big problem... Its major issue is its battery!!!! Without making heavy use of the mobile phone, it needs to be charged every day!!! It definitely plays a role that I use the screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, but still, the rapid drop in battery life is not justified... In the end, what's the point of having the option to choose 120 Hz if you use it at 60 Hz to prevent the battery from draining??? If the battery performs like this on a mobile phone that I have had for a week, I don't want to imagine how it will behave in 6 months!!!!! Simply after so many years in the market, I believe Xiaomi intentionally uses lower quality batteries in order to sell cheap mobile phones...

If you play, for example, call of duty mobile, do not choose this device. The resolution in the game is terrible. After almost a month of having it as a mobile phone, it's okay, I don't see a big difference from the Note9 Pro. Okay, good screen and speaker, the jack could be on the bottom instead of the top, good photos. The problem is the battery, it can't handle moderate social media usage, the battery drops 5% after 5 minutes on FB. With the Android upgrade, you can no longer disable VOLTE and there is no longer an option to choose which network to use. I always had it on 2G since it always had better signal, and if I needed data, I would switch to 4G. Now it only has 2 options: 2G/3G/4G and 2/3/4/5G, and as a result, the phone constantly tries to find a signal, which probably contributes to the fast battery drain. If you go on a trip and won't have access to electricity, bring a couple of power banks with you. Okay, the charger charges it quickly, but with daily charging, I'm not sure if it will last a year.

I have it for 2 days and I also had the redmi 10 pro for 2.5 years.
Design-wise, it is almost the same as the 10 pro, just more square-shaped and without a glass back due to the 5G.
It is fast, does not lag with 8GB RAM, has a large storage space of 256GB, has a regular 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 67W fast charger. It also comes with a durable transparent protective case and factory-installed screen protector.
It charges very quickly and has good battery life.
The camera is good (for a mobile phone, of course).
It has received a nice upgrade in terms of the operating system, but not to the extent that you need to learn new things to operate it.
It has a nice 120Hz display, powerful speakers, and a good microphone.
The fingerprint sensor is fast, never lags, and personally, it is more convenient than the ones on the screen.
It is dust and water-resistant (note that it is not meant to be submerged in water for a long time, for that you need IP67 certification or higher).

Did you find this review helpful? Well, guys, I don't know what negatives you're talking about regarding the phone. The battery is not a problem, it lasts a full day and charges to 80% in 20 minutes.
Secondly, the camera is perfect, those who know, know. The photos and videos come out great thanks to the OIS and the use of the IMX 766, which is also used in the Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate.
Thirdly, the processor doesn't lag anywhere, and in Call of Duty, I consistently get around 70-90 fps, and in Fortnite, everything is high at 50-60 frames without drops.
Fourthly, the MIUI is nothing like the regular Redmi Note 12. It has animations everywhere and is much smoother overall, thanks to the 120Hz display, even in the menus.
Fifthly, the screen has made a great impression on me as it is OLED, unlike the older Xiaomi models.
In conclusion:
If you're coming from an older Xiaomi like the Redmi Note 9, 8, 10, or 11, come to the 12, you'll love it even more. If you have a Redmi Note 10-11 Pro, then go for the Redmi Note 13 Pro, you'll see a big difference.The phone is worth the money and more. It has no problems with internet or data, as I get 650 Mbps easily with 5G at home, and it doesn't disconnect like you may have read. The phone also has something similar to Apple's Taptic Engine, so it feels like a flagship and is sturdy in hand.
(Small update after 1 month)
Whatever they say about the battery is irrelevant. It lasts from 8 in the morning until 9 at night with continuous 5G usage, which is available everywhere, and the signal issue that they mention doesn't exist.
Any review that doesn't say "confirmed purchase," don't read it, as they may be coming from the regular Note 12 or Redmi 12, which look similar.
