After a recommendation from an orthopedic sports doctor, who considers them the best insoles on the market, I tried them and was truly thrilled! I have a dropped metatarsal head, and after hours of walking, running, or standing, the toes from the metatarsal down would stiffen from the pain and I had to wait quite a while before I could bend them again and get them back into working order. And the next morning, it would again take some time for the pain to subside.

I wore them in a good pair of Hoka Clifton 9 shoes, for treadmill running, about 9 km. First of all, I should point out that the sizes do not match the shoe sizes, which is annoying, yes, but logical. I wear a 44 in athletic shoes and a 43 in sneakers. I got a size 44 insole and it is a liiiittle bigger, so you have to skillfully press it into the shoe so it doesn’t fold in a way that would be prohibitive for the position of the toes. On the right foot, where I also have the problem, it fit beautifully without me feeling any discomfort in the big toe. On the left, toward the end of the run, it bothered me quite a bit. I’ll also try a 43 to see if it fits better.

The overall experience: as soon as you put them on, you immediately feel the metatarsal support of the insole as a bit firm. After 2 minutes of walking, that sensation subsides quite a bit; after 5 minutes, you barely feel it. When running starts, it disappears completely, the insole becomes one with the foot, and the feeling is WONDERFUL. Throughout the workout, you try to figure out whether it bothers you anywhere, but it doesn’t disappoint you even a little! You finish the training session, the soles are in excellent condition, nothing hurts, nowhere, the toes retain their flexibility, and you feel as good as almost before you started! The distribution of the strain is done in such a masterful way that neither the knees, Achilles tendons, hips, calves, lower back, neck, nothing at all hurts! You don’t even get cramps afterward, nor stiffness in the area, and the next day the toes are rested and fully functional. WONDERFUL.

The next big bet is how they perform with sneakers and oxfords at the office...

  • Incredible insole. For me, it worked both in terms of comfort (it has materials that absorb shocks) and in terms of support

Great sole as long as it fits the shoe. In size 43, it has a length of 28.2 cm.
