Excellent bottle for the gym where I use it. It is very convenient that it can go in the dishwasher for cleaning. The only negative, which is manageable though, is the second hole on the spout that allows the flow to run from the main hole; it is larger than it should be, so if you tilt the bottle too much, it splashes water.
