    It doesn't have Greek, not even SMS can be read if they contain Greek characters.
    It doesn't have a manual, just a booklet with first activation instructions, without explaining the menu.
    The screen backlight constantly turns on without any information on why this happens and how to turn it off, resulting in battery drain. (Maybe it's a faulty device)
    It sounds clear though, it's just not suitable for elderly people unless they are fluent in English.
    The SOS button is very useful for a difficult time, but there is no manual explaining when it makes a call and when it sends an SMS, as well as its other capabilities.
