Certainly the capsules are invigorating, however they caused me severe insomnia and I don't know if I would take them again... Also, a comment about the pharmacy I ordered them from (i-pharmacy) in mid-December 2020 (and due to courier delays, I received them during the holidays), they sent me a box that expired in February 2021... I don't think they would have been altered, but excuse me when you order a box of vitamins for 28 days, it should last at least three months. I might want to take them twice a week for personal reasons.

I can't know to what extent it supports breastfeeding and does what it promises, given that I pay attention to my diet. However, in terms of preventing hair loss, it didn't help at all.
