    The packaging is absolutely unacceptable (for glass plates). Fortunately, they arrived intact in my hands.
    The bases are very convenient and do their job, protecting the ceramic stove.
    HOWEVER:
    1. It requires a LOT OF CAUTION as these are glass plates that do not have any protective rubber around them; if they TOUCH the ceramic stove, it will not survive...
    2. The "little feet" are suction cups that every time I remove the plates from the ceramic stove, they stay on the stove and not on the plates.
    3. Of course, there is the problem of placing (leaving) the plates every time you remove them...
