Unfortunately, it bothers my stomach after a few days of daily consumption.
I stopped and started several times to make sure and always with the same result.
In general, I never had problems or sensitivity with my stomach to medicines and foods... this is one of the very few times something bothers me...

First time I use this particular one, I hope it is as good as the previous one I was taking for a long period but at a much higher cost.

I hope this one is at least as good since it is much more economical and seems to be of good quality, from what I searched it is Greek and not low-quality Chinese.

Personally, I haven't noticed a change in my energy or the boost that it's supposed to give you. It is true that the blists open somewhat strangely as many have said in their reviews. Overall though, as a dietary supplement, if it really contains what it claims, at this price it is very good.

It is a good dietary supplement, very useful, I think one pill of this, a little omega-3 and some vitamin C with zinc and you will be fine for the whole winter. Unfortunately, however, I have gallstones and this particular one upset me, my gallbladder can't handle it at all, it's like I ate 2 plates of leeks!

I have been taking this specific spirulina for 2 years and I have only positive things to say. I had a problem with iron as well as with my constantly high cholesterol, and for the past two years both have been regulated, as well as fatigue etc. that I was feeling, now I have energy. One of the very positive things is that this spirulina is iodine-free mainly for those who have problems with the thyroid and are on medication, it is also written on the back of the box in bold black letters.

I would buy it this month too, but I decided to try something else that would make me feel more confident because I don't know if this specific product contains iodine or not, and I always have it in mind. I randomly found in some references at pharmacies that it doesn't contain iodine, but it's not written on the box. But that's the least of it. The pills are so badly shaped that every time they get stuck in my throat and irritate me. For those of you who have the same concerns as me, I recommend the next Greek organic spirulina that clearly states NO IODINE. Otherwise, yes, it's fine and it does help.

Very good, simple for me. At 80 kilos, it takes 4 pills or more for me to understand the boost better. 2 before and 2 after the workout. Now, if it has all the ingredients it mentions, it is definitely good.

I have been taking this specific spirulina since 2014 when I started it due to my heavy night work. It does a very good job, gives a lot of energy, and boosts the immune system. I have tried spirulina from two other well-known companies but they did not have the same results as this spirulina, at least for me. I take less than the recommended dosage and I am still satisfied. Perhaps one negative aspect of spirulina is that it sometimes affects sleep, making it difficult to fall asleep and causing you to wake up energized at intervals during the night.

I didn't see any positive results and the reason I bought it is because of the comments here and the fact that even though I have borderline hypothyroidism, I could take it. On the contrary, I think that during the period I was taking it (3 tablets according to my weight), my rosacea worsened and my pimples on my face turned red. In hindsight, I read that supplements/vitamins that boost the immune system may cause exacerbation of symptoms for those with rosacea.

I believe it is better than Marcus. Since its production takes place indoors unlike the other one. Better packaging, each pill in a separate glitter. And the price with the extra mg is equally advantageous as the American one. Excellent product. Incredibly beneficial for the body. I will buy again.

The awful smell stays on your hands and doesn't go away at all... As for the taste, I don't even want to discuss it!!! Also, you have to take (according to the instructions) one pill per 20 kilograms of body weight... I haven't seen any difference except for intense cramps.
