I give 5 stars for the way the company's service handled the problem.
This is the second fryer I bought. In the first one, the fan was hitting something and rattling, so it was replaced very early with the same model. In the second one, the whole bottom of the basket has peeled off, as well as the rack (so much for non-stick coating), and the handle broke because it couldn't withstand the weight of the basket with the food inside.
As a device, I can't give more than 1 star, but for the service response, I give top marks because as soon as they read my review, they asked for photos and after I sent them, they proceeded to replace the fryer since it was still under warranty.

purchase 150 € on 24-6-2023. Within a year the bin peeled and was replaced under warranty; at 2 years and one month (on 30-07-2025) it broke!

It peeled in three months without me cooking directly on the metal..the bulb burned out in six months and cannot be replaced..other than that, it cooks fine…

The lamp burned out exactly on time, which is the main advantage of the air fryer, as you can see the food during the cooking process. The issue is that to change the lamp, you need to have 2-3 electrical diplomas (there's a related video on YouTube). It's amazing how they thought to make the replacement of a lamp so complicated. As a result, at least 15 days of waiting for it to be repaired by the dealership. Other than that, it's a very good air fryer; I am satisfied with both the quality and the cooking time

After three months of use, the coating broke down... And not daily use

Very good for grilling meats and frozen pastries. By using special papers, you save on cleaning, you can put the paper under the grill so that the oils fall down and do not remain on the meats, and there is no need for intense cleaning. We got it to replace an electric barbecue and it fully replaced it. So we also saved ourselves from the strong smells of the fats that fell on the resistors. All meats become juicy and do not dry out like in electric grills. An average time for thick steaks is 20 minutes on one side and another 15 on the other. The 9-liter capacity is very convenient as it can hold up to 3 medium-sized steaks. We do not use the cooking programs because after 2 months of daily use, we have found the ideal cooking times for each food. Very useful, and in relation to cooking times and Watts, it is about 20-25% more economical in power consumption than the electric barbecue.

To be honest, I am impressed with several reviews. I have had it for three months, I use it constantly, often for fried potatoes. I put it in the preset function (200° 30' with stirring) and they come out perfect. Also, not too thin so they don't go through the grill. And according to the instructions, with oil spray. No problem with the basket and always perfect.

If you put them even slightly wet or use more oil, obviously not. No matter how much you put. But I think these are obvious. And if some people notice steam leakage, it comes from that.

I have cooked steaks, omelettes, chicken nuggets, pizzas, toast, burgers, boiled eggs, fried eggs, all perfect. However, the omelette needs a flip in between.

It cooks potatoes almost like fried. The mixer helps a lot in cooking. Meat, mushrooms, peppers, pastries, and pizza better than the oven. It doesn't smell bad when cooking seafood. It's not suitable for popcorn. Very good for omelettes.

Terrible! It takes forever to prepare half a portion of potatoes! I had an air fryer from a different brand and it made them amazing in 20 minutes! This one doesn't even in 2 days! To remove the basket from the rack, you have to forcefully detach the central lever that rotates, which means you have to wait for it to cool completely!! Stay away

After about 10 uses, the inner bin lost its color, resulting in rust in 3 spots. Also, there seems to be steam leakage from areas like the handle and left side of the fryer, causing the cooking time to be much longer than promised. UPDATE: DEFECTIVE MODEL, that's why the company discontinued it. It is best to avoid buying it.

XXL size, 9 liters! It can easily cook 2 kilograms of potatoes! Incredibly delicious potatoes!

It has a very large bin, the glass lid helps you see at what stage your food is without opening the lid of the device. I recommend it!!!!!

I also own the Xiaomi one. There are no differences in cooking quality. The big difference is in capacity, and that's why it was purchased.

After a lot of searching, we ended up with this one. Great capacity, quite economical, overall good quality construction, it's exactly what they call value for money!
The potatoes are perfect as if they were deep-fried, the mixer helps a lot, the chicken is juicy, the steak is perfect. It also cleans very easily. I haven't found anything negative yet, if I do, I will return!

I received it today, generally as a family we eat french fries definitely once on Saturday. Well, neither me nor my little angels were disappointed with the french fries. The only thing I didn't like is that from the 25 minutes in the classic fryer, we went up to 50. But we can't have it all to ourselves.....

It is truly a healthy way of cooking that eliminates the need for unnecessary oils while preserving the nutritional content of the food. Crispy potatoes quickly and healthily. The appearance of the device is also exceptional, as it allows you to monitor the cooking readiness through its transparent window, preventing heat loss and slowing down the process, thus saving "precious" energy. By using ready-made non-stick papers, I avoid most of the cleaning. I believe that this is an excellent device that will greatly help improve our diet.

My fryer has solved my hands! We are two people in the house and definitely the capacity is enough for a large family! I come home from work and in half an hour I have ready-made food. I have made burgers, potatoes, vegetables, chicken nuggets.. Everything comes out very tasty without much oil or even without oil at all!
The detachable stirrer is very useful as I don't even need to stir the food!
Cleaning is very easy and the package also includes 30 non-stick papers.. so you completely forget about cleaning!
We are completely satisfied and it is definitely a value for money product!

Literally the best thing I have bought recently! I am thrilled!
I mainly got it for frying potatoes, but now I do everything! chicken, burgers, fish, omelette, cake.. EVERYTHING!!
It does everything perfectly!!
We have forgotten about the oven at home!!
We save time, electricity, oil and of course calories!!
It is super practical because it has an automatic stirrer so you don't have to open and close it and lose temperature. In case it is not needed, for example for fish, you can remove it!
Finally, it comes with 30 non-stick liners as a gift and the basket doesn't get dirty! We also saved on washing!!
I highly recommend it without hesitation!

After 6 months of use, I have the following to say:
1) The mixer broke after only two uses, specifically when making fried potatoes. It doesn't lock in place and became useless.
2) It releases steam from the sides, which means it loses heat. The sides don't fit well together; it should release steam from the ventilation it has.
3) I am satisfied with its performance in cooking fish, ready-made cheese pies, pastries in general, chicken wings, sausages. I have also made pizzas with pita bread for souvlaki, and they turned out very good.
4) It doesn't cook chicken nicely. Although it gets color on the outside, it remains pink and raw inside. Generally, the meat dries out if I cook it for longer because I want it to be cooked inside as well. Additionally, the fried potatoes require some pre-processing to turn out well. But overall, they take about half an hour to cook, and they don't taste like traditional fried potatoes in a pan. But taste is subjective.
