Battleship - Galaxies is a board game... cousin of the classic Battleship, which will transport you to space and battles with spaceships. The two opposing players will take on the forces of the Earth's Intergalactic Space Navy and the alien Wretcheridians, each with 20 spaceship miniatures. Each game is scenario-driven, which determines the goal of winning the game. Players will spend a number of action points and use them to move or fire against their opponents. Battles will be resolved by rolling a ten-sided die with letters on the sides and an eight-sided die with numbers. The combination of the two is compared to the ship-target reference card and the result of the attack is determined. Hit ships are marked with colorful pegs, at the base of the corresponding miniature.
