Vogel Po-Ho Oil is a blend of 5 essential oils for nasal congestion, colds, headaches, and stuffiness.

Po-Ho oil was one of the first and most beloved formulations by Dr. Alfred Vogel. It contains a blend of 5 essential oils from fresh herbs: Peppermint 50%, Eucalyptus 30%, Wild Cypress 14%, Cumin 4%, Fennel 2%.

The name comes from Po-Ho, the Chinese (Mandarin) term for peppermint, which is the base of the five essential oils in this refreshing oil combination. 

The main characteristic of essential oils is that they evaporate at room temperature - this is why they smell so pleasant. 

Additionally, they can be applied directly to the skin for massage, either for aromatherapy at home or at the gym (a few drops in a ladle for the sauna).
