Disappointing purchase. The grinder clogs easily when you try to grind fine coffee for espresso, especially at settings 2, 3, and 4. It may not have such a serious problem with a coarser grind (e.g., for French press), but for espresso it simply doesn't work.
The worst part is that after a while of struggling, the grinder completely jammed and stopped working (apparently the motor burned out). I was forced to buy another grinder directly from China, which has proper overload protection, much better build quality, and doesn't clog at all. Stay away if you want it for espresso.

A very worthwhile grinder for its price. I have had it for 6 months and use it daily for grinding espresso coffee. At grind setting 3 it delivers the best result for the machine I have. An important advantage is the ability to program the doses, single, double or more, so that you always have freshly ground coffee at the press of a button.

Don't listen to the shopkeepers who say that the brush included in the package has been forgotten in its box. The grinder doesn't get stuck anywhere. If you don't clean it a bit to remove the residues and some small pieces of beans that stick a little underneath, how can it not burn out? It's a 1-minute job once a week. It does a very good job for its price. I grind for Rohnson R-98300 and do extraction at 9-10 bar. Coffee distributors for the portafilter and other tools are Chinese, nothing expensive, all very cheap, and a little practice with tamping. Ignore the miserable people who buy a grinder and a coffee maker and expect everything to happen magically by pressing a button. Put in a little effort, throw away 5-10 doses at first until you get it right. The only negative is the construction materials. The outer shell is of mediocre quality plastic. Other than that, for the money, it's flawless. Try to find something better at its price with 31 grind settings.

As long as it did its job it was excellent, but after 10 uses at grinding level 3 the motor broke. I returned it to the company for repair but they gave it back to me without any changes. If it's going to be such a hassle, what's the point? STAY AWAY!!!

It does its job perfectly. After a year of use, it hasn't shown the slightest problem. I use it for grinding espresso and the results are consistent and reliable. Excellent value for its price.

Don't be fooled by the stars and enthusiastic reviews. The machine is completely useless.

It can't grind coffee for espresso. The motor gets stuck from ground coffee, while some of the coffee disappears somewhere inside the device. Essentially, the machine needs more time cleaning than actually working. I would say it's borderline dangerous. Stay away. Even if someone gives it to you as a gift, don't try it. It's better to take it back and get something else before you open the box. I really wonder how such useless machines even get manufactured. Wasted raw materials... What a shame.

It was good while it lasted. I was swayed by the good reviews (which now surprise me) and its price. With daily use for one coffee a day, it broke down after about 3 months. Just like that, suddenly, without any prior indication. It doesn't show me any error or error code. The device turns on normally and when I press the button to start, it simply does nothing (as if the device's "motor" is stuck).

Also, I should mention that I cleaned the device according to the manufacturer's instructions and cleaned it again when it stopped working, to rule out that this could be the cause. Searching online, I found that this has happened to other users as well.

So, beware prospective buyers, I am completely disappointed with this grinder and do not recommend it to anyone.

While at first everything was going well, after 8 months, for the same amount of coffee, you had to grind double the doses... Probably something with the blades.

It is an excellent choice. The value for the cost is amazing. I have tried two other grinders that broke easily and early. When I got this grinder, I felt that I acquired a machine worth ten times more than other grinders of similar cost. I have been using it for about two years, it grinds properly, I am very satisfied. I decided to get into the hobby and buy an espresso machine and an electric grinder. After evaluating all the reviews I saw here, I decided to buy this specific one. For me personally, it grinds espresso just right at the 5th-6th setting and for 3 cups at 16 grams of ground coffee. I am completely satisfied with both the quality and the time it takes to make the coffee. As for the noise that some people mention, for me it is not even worth considering. Cleaning is very easy, you can clean the machine comfortably in 5 minutes. Also, tap a little where the coffee comes out because it holds just a little bit inside. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have their own freshly ground coffee at home.

In the end, I feel lucky that I chose this particular grinder.

After 15 days I decided to clean it, it's not difficult at all.
Someone wrote that they needed a screwdriver to turn the handle and remove the blade.

It upgraded the coffee made by the De'Longhi Dedica Pump compared to the cheap manual grinder I had. It grinds the coffee much finer. 54 euros is a very good price.

the manual is a bit off because it grinds espresso at the 7-8 setting and not at 3-5 as it says. apart from that, the machine is excellent and does its job as it should. VFV for sure!

For its price, it's just fine. I lose a kilo a month, I've had it for a year and a half and it hasn't had any problems. With regular cleaning, of course.

Unfortunately, once again it is confirmed that you get what you pay for. Until I decide on a more serious grinder and based on the comments here, I decided to buy it. While it did its job honestly, after six months it broke down. I don't remember about the warranty, etc. Of course, I was cleaning it. This is the first grinder I use as I recently started getting into making espresso with an open portafilter. The device is very decent, well built, grinds quickly and evenly, without much noise. It is lightweight, practical, and conveniently sized so it doesn't take up much space on the kitchen counter. I grind at a scale of 3 to 4; at a finer setting, the coffee doesn't extract easily. What I noticed is that it holds quite a bit of coffee inside; I often turn the device upside down over the sink to remove it. I also open the grinder, remove the cylinder with the blades, and clean the interior and blades with a stiff brush. I am very satisfied with my purchase, the smell of freshly ground coffee is unbeatable and its taste is on another level.

Very good grinder, the noise it makes did not seem at all annoying or loud to me as other users mentioned. The only strange thing that happened to me was that it collected a lot of static electricity in the ground coffee, causing it to stick to the sides of the plastic container and generally fly around in extreme cases. I solved it by adding 1-2 drops of water to the beans and mixing a little. If you always keep it full, remove the top part and add 2 drops of water to the beans that remain above the head. With the Delongi Dedica, on setting 5 for grind size, and 2 for doses, it works just fine and the machine has no trouble at all.

I have the same problem too. After a month and a half with 8-10 uses, the grinder broke. The machine inside was turning but it wasn't grinding the beans. I sent it for replacement.

I bought it for about €55. I relied mostly on the reviews here. I mainly grind for espresso at setting 1 and use a bottomless portafilter. My coffee comes out good. If I raise the number to four or five as some people say, it makes watery coffee no matter how much I tamp it. It needs frequent cleaning, about every 1.5 kg, and you have to be very careful because if you’re not, the grind setting might have changed—it changes very easily. And one last thing, it holds a lot of coffee inside, you need to tap it and tap it again

very good grinder for grinding espresso. personally, I have a Vicko 20 bar machine, with this particular grinder on the third or second setting I grind perfect espresso. it grinds 16 grams in 9 seconds.

Satisfactory grinder for its price. Setting it to 7, we quickly achieved the desired result. When changing coffee, you might need to try a few more settings, but so far 7.5-5 worked quite well for everything we tried.

I only notice one negative. After the coffee is ground, it retains some amount inside. By shaking the device slightly, it falls out, so it's a matter of habit to keep it cleaner more easily.

It does what it promises, I don't have much experience but it grinds the coffee as fine as you want, always in the same way and with the same amount you have set. I have already ground a kilo without problems. The noise is tolerable. I haven't needed to clean it yet, apart from a light tap after grinding to release a small amount that remains inside when it's done. Now I have ground over 10 kilos of coffee and it continues like the first day. I still haven't cleaned it.

The grinder is good. It has many grinding options, easy to use. What other users say about it holding some coffee inside is true, cleaning is easy once you learn how to do it! It's worth the money!
