I bought these pimple patches by chance because I had gone to my neighborhood pharmacy and they cost €14. I won't comment on how expensive they were, I'll comment on the fact that they were truly awful. They wouldn't stick at all and when they did after a lot of effort, they wouldn't come off the skin. Plus, when I tried to remove them, they had stuck so much to the skin that even if you didn't want to, the pimple would come off along with the skin and it would bleed. I left the first pimple patch on all night and when I woke up in the morning it was like I had never put it on! No result, so I left the rest on for over 15 hours to see if anything would happen—not that anything did—but it also left something like glue on the skin and it wouldn't come off at all. Very expensive, very useless, the only good thing about them was at least they didn't come off while sleeping, but how could they, since they were like leeches.
Αγορασα αυτα τα pimple patches τυχαια διοτι ειχα παει στο φαρμακειο της γειτονιας μου και κόστισαν 14€, δεν θα σχολιασω το ποσο ακριβα ηταν θα σχολιασω το οτι ηταν πραγματικα αθλια, δεν κολλούσαν με τιποτα και οταν κολλουσαν μετα απο πολυ προσπαθεια δεν εβγαιναν απο το δερμα, ασε που οταν προσπαθουσα να τα βγαλω ειχαν κολλησει τοσο πολυ στο δερμα που και να μην θες το σπυρακι εφευγε μαζι με το δερμα και ματωνε, το πρωτο pimple patch το ειχα αφησει ολο το βραδυ και μολις ξυπνησα το πρωι ηταν σαν να μην το ειχα βαλει ποτε! Κανενα αποτελεσμα, κι ετσι τα υπολοιπα τα αφηνα πανω απο 15 ωρες για να γινει κατι οχι οτι γινοταν αλλα άφηνε και κατι σαν κολλα πανω στο δερμα και δεν ξεκολλούσε με τιποτα, πολυ ακριβα, πολυ άχρηστα το μονο καλο που ειχαν ηταν οτι τουλαχιστον δεν εφευγαν στον υπνο, αλλα πως να φυγουν αφου σαν βδέλλες ηταν.
It does its job well, applies easily, makeup can sit on top, it helps prevent contamination next to it!! The only downside is that it is a bit expensive compared to its pieces!!

Personally, I use it as soon as I see a pimple; this one pulls out and removes all the pus. I first apply this and then a different patch from another company, and the pimple disappears in a day no matter how big it is
