This study addresses the phenomenon of legal entities. For some time now, a rapidly increasing discussion in the scientific community has been centered around a virtual reality phenomenon, the legal entity, similar to how the legal person was previously introduced, which over time developed and prevailed as a useful tool for the flourishing of entrepreneurship.

This study aims to explore the possibilities for recognition, acceptance, and development of legal entities. This process will not be easy for legal entities, not because of traditional rigidities that are observed, but because the legislative environment is unfavorable towards them.

Only a clear, unambiguous legislative intervention will enable legal entities to prevail as subjects of law, bearers of rights and obligations. This study presents the main issues surrounding this new phenomenon and offers proposals that can contribute to the evolution of the recognition of legal entities.
