it's the second time I'm installing the expensive alarm, 610 euros with installation, on the first bike tracer9 2021 I said okay, it's rubbish. after years I get the 24 and I say they must have improved it by now. completely dysfunctional, I had exactly the same problems I had with the previous bike and sometimes it didn't show me the location of the bike at all because it couldn't get a signal. overall a shock situation!.. I was eaten up by anxiety! with 50 euros you get a gps that does the job better!

I have had the v2 for 4 years and I have changed 3 batteries.
It needs to be constantly maintained.
Plus, if the battery is removed, the GPS is done for.
    It's useless.
The only case it will help is if you notice them as soon as they pick it up and start chasing them

I have had it on the motorcycle for about 2 years. When it was needed abroad, it did its job and notified me via a call to my mobile (planet sim) from the area where the bike was. The app is good with many features. It requires a bit of attention.. Now regarding the battery, I have the impression that it has high consumption. If the vehicle moves even after 3 days, all is well.

Good alarm in terms of capabilities. But.... it drains the battery without tomorrow.. if you do only 10-15 km a day, then you also need a battery extender otherwise you will want a battery every six months

This particular alarm, unfortunately, often presents problems in daily use. There have been many times when you need to visit the dealership for adjustments or repairs, which makes it quite impractical and tiring.

Additionally, it consumes the vehicle's battery excessively, to the point where there is concern if the vehicle is left parked for a few days.

Another significant drawback is that if the battery is removed, the GPS essentially becomes useless. In practice, all it offers is an instant notification, without the ability for substantial tracking afterward. This means it works more as a notification to react immediately, rather than as a reliable tracking system in case of theft.

Overall, while on paper it appears to be a complete security system, in practice its reliability and battery consumption leave serious room for improvement.

Owner of hayabusa gen 2, I have the worst experiences as soon as I put it on the bike, suddenly on the month the bike starts to have cuts at 8,000 rpm on the second gear, resulting in me searching for injectors and other things to see what is wrong. In the end, after spending so much on mechanics, it turns out that the alarm is the problem. Okay, it was the alarm relay (engine cut-off).

2 - Battery drained due to the GPS. They say it has zero consumption when the bike is on the road and not in an underground garage where the GPS loses its signal, then it consumes. (I have it on the second floor and still the same).

3 - The siren burned out within two months, run again.

4 - Now the alarm goes off without reason, without any vibrations or loud noises, it sends notifications for anything that moves. It is the most expensive on the market and definitely very bad.

And when you mention these things to the company, it only happens for the first time
