I suffer from migraines and chose this product because it mentioned that it contains high magnesium. Unfortunately, when I received it, I saw that it only has 20mg of magnesium citrate per capsule, which is absorbed in a high percentage by the body. Λοιπόν αγόρασα χάπια με μόνο γλυκινικο μαγνήσιο και πραγματικά όταν τα παίρνω δεν κάνουν τίποτα,σαν να μην παίρνω τίποτα.Ισως έχει να κάνει με τον οργανισμό.
