The best cream I have ever bought in my life for acne. It makes pimples disappear within 24 hours. It leaves you with a dry feeling on your skin, as if it pulls it a little while it works. It smells like medicine and is green. I wouldn't change it for anything.

So far I use it topically on pimples on my face and it seems to work. They subside immediately.

I was disappointed from the very first moment, although I gave it a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th chance... I was looking for something natural due to my pregnancy but also effective.. I had pimples with pus that were hurting me, and after 2 days of using it morning and night, the swelling was gone and only the mark remained..
