Benefits

  • Kelp is an open-sea algae, rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and especially organic iodine (iodine ascophyllum nodosum mackaii).
  • According to official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), iodine is an important trace element for the body, contributing to normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, maintenance of normal skin, normal production of thyroid hormones, and normal thyroid function.
  • Alfalfa leaves are of high nutritional value, rich in vitamins, minerals, protein elements, amino acids, and chlorophyll.

Recommended Dosage

  • 3 tablets daily, preferably to be taken with meals.
