It is divided into three sections: In sickness /the city/ will fall. It contains a diagnosis, that is, and a prophecy that seems certain for an end that is foretold but does not come, - at least not yet.

In an age of extremes, how is the linear flow of history overturned? What moves the pulleys of time and how fragile is their balance? Where do we all collectively and each individually stand within what is unfolding today?
