The clear motorcycle windshield from Puig protects the rider from air turbulence, which in turn causes helmet shaking. The height of the windshield plays a crucial role in this phenomenon, as the taller the windshield we choose, the better the air deflection we will have. Of course, the benefits of a windshield are more, such as protection from insects especially during the summer months, which dirty the helmet's visor and the upper part of our clothing. Finally, what makes clear windshields stand out compared to tinted ones is the better visibility they offer us in all driving conditions.

  • Extremely BAD, a shame for Puig. I put it on the CBX 500, with a tall WRS windscreen on top. At speeds of 120-130, the extension mount was coming off, the small screen distorted the view of the road and I couldn't see well. No matter how much I tightened it without breaking the screw threads, it kept slipping, resulting in one side coming off completely during a trip, which is quite dangerous. In terms of wind cutting, it's relatively average, it made a difference but not what I expected from such a screen. I didn't keep it on the bike for more than 2 weeks, it's not worth the money.

  • Its support mechanism is plastic, resulting in the screws slipping during tightening. Also, the screws that hold the height steady loosen from vibration and need tightening every so often. If you want to raise and lower it, for example to put on a cover, after 3-4 up-and-downs it will have loosened. At around €60 that I bought it for, unacceptable quality for the price.

Good glass quality as expected for Puig with stable attachment. However, the support mechanism is fake plastic with screws that easily strip with minimal tightening. Visibility is moderate due to the mechanism. Expensive for its quality and what it offers.
