Two aspects of educational policy and educational reforms are considered very important today.

One is the school and the type of knowledge it promotes, as well as its role in preparing students at various levels of education up to University, for their socialization and integration into the labor market. The second is the University space and its role in society and the economy.

Within the University framework, issues of ideological and institutional transformation in various countries around the world are approached. These two main aspects of education will be identified - among others - in the current study within the context of exploring the "World of Education" at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century.
