The METALCON fittings are made of brass and are nickel-plated. The pipe that is applied is stabilized with a screw located on the fitting.

They feature a custom seal for waterproofing and are designed to securely, quickly, and easily connect all VIOFLEX pipes, both rigid and flexible, to junction boxes or electrical panels. They offer high mechanical resistance and are part of the piping systems for the protection and management of cables.

  • Compression test: Category 5 of EN 61386.01 (Very heavy) 4000N
  • Impact test: Category 4 of EN 61386.01 (Heavy), 2.0/300mm
  • Electrical continuity: With electrical continuity characteristics
  • IP waterproofing grade: Depends on the pipe with which it will be connected
  • Corrosion resistance: Medium protection internally & externally (galvanizing thickness 180μm) Category 2 of EN 61386.01
