For a Cargo-style shorts, it is tight on the legs but very loose at the waist, with the belt not tightening satisfactorily and loosening with the slightest movement, causing the shorts to fall, especially if you have a phone, keys, wallet, etc. in the pockets.
The pockets are narrow and shallow (barely fitting a 6.5" phone) and have buttons that are difficult to fasten/unfasten.
