Effective cryotherapy gel, provides quick relief for muscle pains and minor discomforts. The cooling sensation lasts quite a while and it absorbs well without being sticky. However, the texture and quality do not differ significantly from other more affordable products in the category. It does its job, but it is nothing special for its price.

It depends on what condition each person has.. I have an issue with my shoulders, I feel a slight relief for a little while.. Nothing amazing, but I don't know what we should expect from such a cream..

Gel that I use regularly after running. It has a strong scent, doesn't leave any greasiness, instantly cools and strengthens my knees and quadriceps, and provides full absorption for a long time. However, the discomforts don't completely go away. I know that no cream or gel can work miracles, but for simple musculoskeletal strains and minor injuries, I expected it to be fully effective. It only helps and doesn't justify the 4.5 stars for me.

Waste of money. Gives a false sense of coldness for a short period of time and nothing else. The counterpain I use is far better.
