The quality is very good. The attachment to the saddle is very good, as it has 2 wide straps with Velcro that attach to the saddle and the rest of the straps go through the saddle frame. It is definitely waterproof as it has an internal waterproof bag. The color is a bright reflective yellow and is clearly visible from a distance.
